Kev Green
West Australian artist Kev Green has built a lifetime of experiences in many fields which he is able to draw on for his paintings. He originally studied graphic design, which led to a 25-year career in the advertising industry.
Kev only picked up the brush again in recent years and rekindled his painting interest. Time spent in the Kimberley region of Western Australia has influenced his love of the people and colours of the Pindan, the spinifex, and the sparkling ocean.
Being West Australian born and bred, his art pays homage to the unique coastlines, bush, and landscapes of Western Australia.
He uses oil on canvas and a variety of mixed media, including pindan dirt and a collection of other items collected from nature.
